He is survived by: his wife Veronica Ann Bird Lewis; his son Kaleb James Dean Lewis (Haley); his mother Barbara Ann Lewis; his siblings, Stephanie Curtis (Roger) and Eric Lewis (Leah); his mother-in-law Henrietta H. Moore (Jon); and his siblings-in-law, Anna Williams (John), Theresa Lewis (Andy) and Michael Bird (Autumn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
