He is survived by: his daughters, Katy Baker of Clintwood and Donna Short of Clintwood; his granddaughter Kallie Ellen Baker; his stepgrandson Anakin Gage Baker; and his sister Gayla Phillips of Pound. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
