He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Herbert Hash and Margaret Marie Beverly Hash; and his siblings, Russell Tyler Hash and Delores H. Gilliam. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Stapleton Hash; his children, Todd Hash (Karen) of Kingston, TN and Jill Hash of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Kynlee and Kaden; his sister Dorothy Lee Hill of Santa Fe; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Hash. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
