He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Thomas Bill and Glenna Kay Bartley Slemp. He is survived by: his wife Gina Slemp; his daughters, Nikki Bryant (Josh) of St. Paul and Lacey Holbrook (Brandon) of Miami, Florida; his stepson Gary Meade (Trish) of Gray, Tennessee; his siblings, Patricia Massie of Norton, Virginia and Gary Slemp (Sharon) of Coeburn, Virginia; his uncle Morris; his aunt Clara Bartley of Norton, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Jamison Holbrook, Brylee Holbrook, Grady Bryant, Nicholas Meade and Hayley Meade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
