He was predeceased by: his parents, James Doyle Mullins and Carrie Bell Dean. He is survived by: his close friend Jane Wright; his children, James Steven Mullins (Patricia), Priscilla Renee Mullins and Autumn Marie Mullins; his siblings, Charlotte Baker (Mark), Sue Bentley Huntington (L. D.), Ann Baldwin, David Mullins (Jean) and Larry Mullins (Patricia); and his caregiver Krista Mullins (Tim Mullins). He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
