He is survived by: his children, Romeo Cartagena of Johnson City, TN, Rommel Cartagena of Wise and Julieta Cartagena (Charles Huff) of Wise; his grandchildren, Tere Ashworth (Brian), Amanda Vega (José), Abbey Cartagena of Isaac Cartagena, A. J, Collins (Nicole), Rudy Collins and Alex Huff; his great grandchildren, Alley, Ethan, Eros, Kamila, Eva, Aubrei, Jaxon, Caleigha and Scarlett; his grandchild Kingston; and his siblings, Romona Malanay Cunanan and Regelio Malanay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
