He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Fultz; and his wife Faye Sturgill Fultz. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Mullins (Bryan) of Wise, VA, Eddie G. Fultz (Andi) of Blountville, TN, Robert Fultz, Jr. (Kelly) of Norton, VA and Andy Fultz (Becky) of Pound, VA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Freedom of Worship Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 386, Norton, VA 24273.
