He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bullion and Gertrude Roberts Bullion; and his sister Vera Sharon Bowers. He is survived by: his adoptive daughter Christian; and his siblings, Marlene Young (John) of Duncan, OK, Shirley Bullion of Kingsport, TN and Ralph "Butch" Bullion (Leah) of Norton, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
