He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren G. Keith and Lulabelle McCoy Keith; his wife Judy Keith; and his brother Ronnie McCall Keith. He is survived by: his son Jason Keith (Tara) of Abingdon, Virginia; his grandchildren, Eliana Grace Keith, Allura Faith Keith and Brody Andrew Keith; and his siblings, Warren Lee Kiser (Leasha) of Castlewood, Mark Keith (Andrea) of Coeburn, Virginia, Helen McCoy (John) of Coeburn, Glenda James of Coeburn and Connie Culbertson (Kenneth) of St. Paul, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests those attending the Visitation and Services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
