She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior J. Sullivan and Mildred Long Sullivan; and her brothers, David Sullivan, Mike Sullivan and Larry Sullivan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joanne Sullivan of Church Hill, Tennessee and Steve Sullivan (Pam) of Dante, Virginia; her caregiver Kathy Taylor of Glade Spring, Virginia; her close friends, Shy and Joan Kennedy; her sisters-in-law, Karen Sullivan and Vickie Leah Sullivan; and her great-niece Aubree Rose. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests those attending the Visitation and Services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
