He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Moore and Opal Mullins Moore; his brothers, Manford Moore, Merle Moore and James Moore; and his great grandchildren, Ripley Jade and Lauren Amelia Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Lily Jean Moore; his children, Larry Moore (Lisa) of Castlewood, Jeffery Moore (Rhonda) of Castlewood, Virginia and Vickie Salyer (Gerald) of Coeburn, Virginia; his siblings, Ruth Hylton of Stonega, Jearline Whitt of Pound, Virginia and Eddie Penland of Johnson City, Tennessee; and his half-siblings, Joy Christian of Georgia, Lee Moore of Stuart, Virginia, Charles Moore of Stuart, Virginia, Wayne Moore of Stuart, Virginia and Tollie Moore of Stuart, Virginia. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
