He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hubbard and Gladys Adams Hubbard; and his siblings, Spencer Hubbard and Patricia Pate. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hubbard of Norton; and his son John M. Hubbard II (Danielle Calderon) of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
