He is survived by: his son Jimmy Phillips; his wife Vickie Lynn Phillips; his daughter Natasha Phillips; his granddaughter Serenity Parsons; his mother Edna Phillips (Humbert); his siblings, Cindy Arnette (Kenny) of Michigan, Theressa Phillips of North Carolina and Claude Phillips of North Carolina; and also, Edna Phillips and Lance Parsons. He is also survived by four nephews, two nieces, four great nieces, and six great nephews, other close relatives and friends.
