He is survived by: his children, Donnie Potter (Eric Ratcliffe) of Norton and Dr. Thomas Potter, Jr. (Lauren) of Wise; his grandchildren, Kacie Culbertson (Bret Roberts), Drew Culbertson, Thomas Potter, Harper Potter, Quinton Potter and Abe Potter; his brother-in-law Bob Tetrick; his cousin Jack Potter (Barb); and his caregiver Felicia Ring.
