He is survived by: his children, George W., Mason T. Mullins of Clintwood and Jennifer Boyd of Clintwood; his siblings, Bayard Mullins of Clintwood, Goble Mullins of Bristol, Olen Mullins of Castlewood, Patton Mullins of Clintwood, Dreama Kelley (Danny), Glenna Shortt of Clintwood, Garnett Edwards of Clintwood, Mabel Bolling (Danny) and Gloria Mullins (Frances Stanley) of Castlewood; his grandchildren, Jeana Boyd, Ryan Boyd, Jayda Williams and Arrianna Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Bradley, Jax and Bentley Boyd.
