He was predeceased by: his father Beryl Adams. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Adams; his daughter Madison Adams Jones (Aaron); his mother Barbara Adams; his sisters, Marcia Gilliam (Marvin) and Kim Gibson (Jerry); his brother-in-law Rudy Frye; his niece Amanda Frye; his nephew Matt Frye (Angela); and his great-nephew Charlie Frye. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Gary Adams Tennis Bicentennial Scholarship Fund at the University of Virginia College at Wise, to St. Jude Children's Hospital, or to Zion Family Ministries, Wise, VA.
