He was predeceased by: his mother Australia Gravely; and his sister Rebecca Gravely. He is survived by: his father Frank Winston Gravely Sr. of Norton; his siblings, Sandra Livingston (Albert) of Augusta, Christina Gulley (Terry) of Dublin and Maurice Gravely (W. Va) of Beckley; his daughters, Storie Collins of Norton and Kendra Maggard (Jonah) of Wise; and his granddaughter Poppy Maggard of Wise Va. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
