He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Moore of Pound, Virginia; his children, Sommer Brooke Martin of Bluff City, Lakin Carter (Richard) of Pound, Neachole Martin of Bristol, Brittney Martin of Bluff City, Tennessee, Matthew Stone Martin of Bluff City and Deven Nylen; the mother of his children Kimberly Martin; his mother Delia Mae Rutherford of Pound, Virginia; and his siblings, Heather Louise Martin of Bristol, Annette Stanley of Dante, Virginia and Nathan Martin (Heather Renee) of Wise. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
