He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Argyle "Jack" Rose and Gladys Irene Zeigler Rose; his wife Patsy McAmis Rose; his siblings, Ella Rose Blanton, Jack Rose, Jr., Richard Rose and H. G. Rose; and his cousin Bill Redman.
He is survived by: his children, David Rose (Lisa) of Norton and Cindy Brooks (Josh) of Rose Hill; his grandchildren, Rachel Brooks, Hannah Rose and Ashley Stanley (India); and his great grandchildren, Ian Stanley and Aiden Stanley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
