It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Harber (Norton, Virginia), born in Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Harber and Viola Harber; his brother Bob Harber; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Russell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harber; his children, Mark Harber (Cyndi), Donnie Harber (Deborah) and Pennie Lamb (Lee) of Maryville, TN.; his sisters, Kay Helton (Paul) of Kingsport, TN, Joan Russell of Anderson, IN and Nancy Sergent (Ben) of Jonesville, VA; and his sister-in-law Jenean Harber of Noblesville, IN.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 regulations only ten people at a time inside or outside of the funeral home and the cemetery.
