He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Hill of St. Paul, Shirley Sluss of Coeburn, Melinda Phillips of Castlewood, Pamela Hill of St. Paul, Michelle Fleenor of Bristol and Rebecca Mullins of Bristol, Virginia; and his siblings, Hattie Jeroldine Mullins of Clintwood, Virginia and James Randal Phillips of Coeburn, Virginia. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
