He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Byington (Larry) of Sneedville, TN and Sharon Christian (Jackie); his grandchildren, Josh Christian, Lissa Perrine, Shawna Collingsworth, Christopher Byington, David E. Matney, Jeanette Matney and Kristina Spears; his great grandchildren, Brittany Christian, Katelyn Christian, David Simpson, Dylan Simpson, Brooke Collingsworth, Patience Farmer and Kiyana Cooper; and his sister Frankie Rhoton of Clinchport, VA..
