He was predeceased by: his sister Angela Chivers. He is survived by: his children, Dalton Chivers of Tennessee, Elijah Chivers of Tennessee and Brook Chivers of Tennessee; and his brothers, Joshua Chivers (Nicole) of Norton and Joseph Chivers of Florida.
