He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Miller and Carol Allen Miller; his former wife Mildred; his brother Opha Jr. "Buddy"; his stepdaughter Angela; and his great grandchild Coby.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Miller; his daughters, Betty Trent (Wyth "Jeep") and Melinda Tuggle (George); his stepdaughter Rhonda Kiser (Bobby); his siblings, Rellanna Helmick, Sharon Keith and David Keith; his grandchildren, Amanda Bradley (Josh) and Matthew Lowe (Danielle); and his stepgrandchildren, Amber Vidana (Daniel), Melodie Kiser (Brian) and Addison Kiser. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Castlewood Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
