He is survived by: his daughter Kasey Gilliam of Appalachia, VA; his stepdaughter Kourtney Bishop of Exeter, VA; his siblings, Anita Bowen (Wyatt) and Bobby McClure (Karen) of Science Hill, KY; his granddaughter Ally Gilly; his brother-in-law Sam Insko of Appalachia, VA; and his friend Doug Hisle.
