He is survived by: his father Bobby Steve Belcher, Sr.; his wife Delores Belcher (Dee) of Norton; his children, Aleksander Belcher of Norton, Stephanie Shorette of Virginia Beach, Abigail Belcher of Norton and Sarah Mullis (Jacob) of Norton; his grandchildren, Michael Shorette, Katherine Shorette, Aurora Mullis and Atreus Mullis; his stepparents, Dorothy of Pennington Gap and Richard Hubbard of Pennington Gap; and his siblings, Ada Ewing (Jimmy) of Pennington Gap, Lindsay Nunley (Michael) of Corbin and Joseph Belcher (Amanda) of Pennington Gap. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
