She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Reynolds and Evelyn Kiser Reynolds; her siblings, Danny Reynolds, Carrie Sykes, Martha Deloach, Debbie Reynolds, Judy Reynolds and Joyce Grizzle; her great grandchild Austin Boyd; and the father of her children McArthur Neece.
She is survived by: her fiancé Billy Joe Steffey of St. Paul, Virginia; her daughters, Sherry Neece Woods of Castlewood, Loretta Neece Hale (Carlos) of Castlewood, Margaret Neece White (Ted) of St. Paul and Brenda Neece Martinez (Heriberto) of Lebanon, Virginia; her grandchildren, Anthony, Jessica, Christina, Rebecca, Jose, Lorrie, Candice, Shannon, Alex, Sammy, Scotty, Kimberly, Brandon, Amy and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Christian, Jayden, William, Sammy, Zander, Stormee, Grayson, Elijah, Jeremiah, Jacob, Walker, Marissa, Dylan, Cody, Kylee, Abby, Amber and Caiden; her great great grandchildren, Haven, McKenzie and Haisleigh; her siblings, Leroy Reynolds, Nettie Bolick (Danny) of Lenoir, Sandra Robinson of Wise, Patsy Moore (David) of Castlewood and Alice McCoy of Lebanon, Virginia; and her close friend Maggie Jones. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Following the COVID-19 restrictions set forth by the Governor of Virginia on face-covering requirements and social distancing, Funeral Services for Betty Lou Stephens will be conducted at 7:00 p. m., Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel in Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Darrell Milgrim and Rev. Scott Million officiating.
