With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Bailey in Norton, Virginia, who passed away on January 6, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vaughn and Anna Mae Vaughn; and her siblings, Billy Joe, Junior Brewer, O. K. Brewer, Willie Mae Brewer, J. F. Vaughn, Millard Vaughn, Louise Young, Phyllis Waddell and Ray Vaughn.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Gene Bailey of Lee County; her children, Rhonda Wampler (Charlie) of Dryden, VA, Sherrie Herron (Don) of Mooresburg, TN and Ron Bailey, Jr. (Christy) of Dryden, VA.; her granddaughters, Natasha Herron, Sonya Wampler and Sarah Brown (Chris); her great grandchildren, Rilee, Paxton, Everly and Locklyn; her sister-in-law Johnnie Ruth Blanton; and her close friend Betty Porch.
