It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Proctor Boxley Pettengill (North, Virginia), born in Washington, Virginia, who passed away on September 26, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Proctor and Gladys Burley Proctor. She is survived by: her husband John Pettengill; her children, Seddon Boxley (Jill), Stephen Boxley, Hunter Boxley, John Morgan Pettengill, Anne Munson (Noel) and Meredith Walker (Dave); her grandchildren, Savannah Boxley, Heidi, Catie Munson, Will, Drew and Jackson Walker; her brother Thomas Proctor Jr. (Carol); and her sister-in-law Deborah Barket (Patrick). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
