As Rose Etta departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rose Etta may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rose Etta leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Seale and Eddie Smith; and her brother Kenny Seale. She is survived by: her husband David L. Moore; her daughter Katherine "Kat" Moore; her stepchildren, Adrienne K. Latimer and D. Scott Moore (Timothea); and her siblings, Michael Seale (Tay) and Deborah Edmonds (Jim). She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
