She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Cooke (Lillie), Mildred Palmer, Ruth Carneal and David Cooke.
Rachel is survived by her siblings, Paul Cooke (Lillie), Mildred Palmer (Dan â€" dec.), Ruth Carneal, David Cooke, and many other loving family members and friends. Rachel's family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am on Monday, September 17, 2018 at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd., (rt. 10). A funeral ceremony will immediately follow at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment will take place at 2 pm the same day at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 W. Hundred Rd. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Ginter Hall, 11300 Mall Court, N. Chesterfield, Va 23235.
