She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Osterbind and Ethel Osterbind; and her brother Jimmy Osterbind. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Twiggs; her daughter Stephanie Davis (Chris); her grandson Carter Davis; her sisters, Judy Green and Phyllis Green; and her stepchildren, Elaine Twiggs, Eric Twiggs and John Twiggs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
