It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lou Harper Rowe (North, Virginia), who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas Rowe; her son Adam (Sarah); her grandchildren, Jacob and Kayla; her brother Jeff Harper (Sue); and her friends, Debbie Nester and Deborah Spidle.
