He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Estelle Thompson Mosby and Linwood M. Mosby, Sr. of Richmond Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Linda Robin Kinchley Mosby; his brother Joseph Mosby III; and his children, Marie, Marc and Alexis.
