She was predeceased by: her father Perry S. Spence. She is survived by: her mother Barbara L. Spence; her children, Richard William Clark, Jr. and Angela Hope McGavisk (Patrick); and her siblings, Barbara E. Morris and Kevin Perry Spence (Janet). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
