He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth "Lib" Ledbetter Lampe; his parents, John Lampe and Anita Lampe; his stepmother Pauline Lampe; and his brother Craig Lampe.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Winki" Anne Willis Phillips; his sons, Rex Lampe (Lori Means) and Dean Hoyle (Annette); his grandchildren, Carley Means, Allison Hoyle and Allan Hoyle; and his sister Allyson Hopkins (Steve).
