It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie L Bryan (North, Virginia), born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on April 14, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Virginia Elizabeth Lee Bryant; and his brothers, George Bryant, Joe "Peter" Bryant and Preston Bryan.
He is survived by: his significant other Freda Atkins; his children, Amy Bryan Phillips (Scott) and Edward Allen Bryan; his sisters, Marie Harrison and Nora Rawls; his sister-in-law Shirley Bryant; and his grandchildren, Lillie Phillips, Laney Phillips, Alexander Bryan and Bobbie Atkins (Skip). He is also survived by her 6 children, a host of grandchildren, and even a few great-grandchildren.
