He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. James Winston Watts II and Julia Meem Harrison; his wife Helene; his brother Randolph Watts (Carol) of White Stone, Virginia; his children, James Winston Watts IV (Michelle) and Anne Watts Savery of Portland; and his grandchildren, Natalie Watts and Clyde Savery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice supporting the Chesapeake Bay.
