It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary James Martinez of North, Virginia, born in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias "Marty" Martinez and Pauline Campbell Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Prince Martinez; his daughters, Elizabeth Martinez (Anthony Wyatt) and Emily Martinez (Tyler Perkinson); his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Brooks (Allie), Donna Martinez, David and John Martinez; his grandson Owen Wyatt; and his close friend Elvis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. And his trusty pet.
