He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Allen and Winnie Jane Barker; and his son William Bryan Palmatier. He is survived by: his wife Helen P. Barker; his sons, Richard G. Palmatier (Leann) and John Christopher Palmatier (Melissa); his grandchildren, Garrett F. Palmatier, Danielle Marie Griffin (Dan), Morgan A. Palmatier and Nicole T. Palmatier; and his great grandchildren, Rowan Jane, Brynn Collins Griffin and Sawyer Jack Griffin. He is also survived by two sisters; and a multitude of cousins, nieces and nephews.
