She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd H. Jernigan and Edith Mae Jernigan; her husband Robert A. Snell; her grandson Devon Barrett; her great grandchild Kyleigh Vann; and her siblings, Lloyd C. Jernigan, Mary Jernigan and Ann J. Rhodes.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Ramey, Beverly Barrett and Charles R. Vann (Sandra Wilkerson); her grandchildren, Alaina Jones, Justin Jones, Sarah Jones, Kallen Ramey, Lloyd Vann and Breana Barrett; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Milligan, Kyndall Vann, Braelyn Paige, Lila Jones, Sophia Vann, Lloyd Vann Jr. and Lilly Vann. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service (6500 Iron Bridge Rd, Richmond, VA 23234). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Webber Memorial Baptist Church (7800 Salem Church Rd, Richmond, VA 23237). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church Cemetery (1500 Courthouse Rd, Richmond, VA 23236).
