It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Jean Moore of North, Virginia, who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Brough and Sally Daniel Brough; her husband Ralph Winfree Moore; and her siblings, Willie Brough, Ruby Moore, Vivian Austin, Susie Eversole, Louise Holt and Ruth Emory.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Jean Fields and Cynthia Harris; her grandchildren, Christina Langford, Brandy Toombs (Chad), Blake Harris and Trey Harris (Berkley); and her great grandchildren, Jillian Langford, Sophie Toombs and Kennedy Ray Harris.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crater Road Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes (3935 S Crater Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southlawn Memorial Park (1911 Birdsong Road, South, Prince George, Virginia 23805).
