He was predeceased by: his father Huela C. Ramsey, Sr.; his siblings, Huela C Ramsey, Jr. and Rita G. Patterson; and his close friend Mike Pulliam. He is survived by: his mother Eunice M. Ramsey "Marie"; his wife Betty M. Ramsey "Sissy"; his daughter Melissa M. Ramsey "Missy"; his brother Mark A. Ramsey; and his grandchildren, Jonathon S. Ramsey "Buddy", Mikayla "Lil foot", Hunter Kunkel, Anna Mullins "Worm" and Chance A. Harris "Hippie". He is also survived by family members and friends.
