He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert R. Quinn and Mollie D. Quinn; and his daughter Carolyn Rae Quinn. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather and Chelsea Rae (Philip); his grandchildren, Charlotte Elissa and Hailey Rae; his sisters, Fay, Cindy (Larry) and Linda; and his niece Lyn (Rick). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
