He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lowe and Leona Lowe; and his siblings, Gladys Franklin, Ann Southall and Joe Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Spencer Lowe; his children, Sandra Marie Lowe-Dusel (Peter) and Jay Spencer Lowe (Beth); his grandchildren, Spencer Lowe, Christopher Lowe and Lyta Dusel; and his siblings, Dora Townsend and Johnny Lowe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Pastor's Discretionary Fund at Beulah United Methodist Church.
