She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsie D. Neece and Lydia Ellza Holbrook Neece; her husband Ben Tom Bailey Jr.; and her siblings, Grace Lee Fuller, Deanna Dee Fox and Jack Neece.
She is survived by: her brother James Calvin Neece (Dorothy); her children, Ben Tom Bailey III (Phyllis) of North Tazewell and Sherry Bailey Bauguess (Charlie) of Bluefield; her grandsons, Faiz Marhami of Hudson Valley and Christopher Dale Bailey (Trista) of Springville, Virginia.; and her caregivers, Angie Lowe, Brook Lowe, Nancy Stover, Tracy Collins, Vicki Vencil and Marian Matthews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Grandview Memory Gardens (38659 Gov G C Peery Hwy, Bluefield, VA 24605).
In Lieu of flowers, she wished donations be made to the Tiptop United Methodist Church of Tiptop, Virginia or Child Shall Lead Them Food Pantry in Tazewell, Virginia.
