He is survived by: his wife Victoria Smith; his children, Freddy Smith, Jr. of North Tazewell, VA, Michelle Smith of Bunker Hill, WV and Summer Frey (Aaron) of Chambersburg, PA; his brothers, Charles "Junior" Riley (Doris), Allen Riley, John Riley of Charles Town, WV and Gary Riley (Sherry) of Kearneysville, WV; and his granddaughter Mariana Smith.
