He is survived by: his stepgranddaughter Lorie Blackwell; his stepmother Bessie Mae Johnson Boothe; his sisters, Cora Harrington of North Tazewell, VA, Rosa Sheppard of Riner, VA and Carol Baldwin (John) of Bristol, VA; his children, Chrystal Boothe (Andy Favre) of Draper, VA and Donald Carl Boothe II (Keshia); and his grandchildren, Pacey Keene, Joshua Keene, Rylee Boothe, Ashley Steele, Lee and Izaah of Narrows, VA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, stepchildren, step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
