He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Neel and Maggie Kimberlin Neel; his sister Winifred "Winnie" McCann; and his nephew Gary McCann. He is survived by: his wife Bea Neel of North Tazewell, VA; his son Clint Neel of North Tazewell, VA; his niece Karen Rife of Murrells Inlet, SC; his nephew Gerry McCann (Teresa) of Christiansburg, VA; and his extended family, Donnie Ringstaff (Missi) of North Tazewell, VA, Rhonda White (Keith) of Gratton, VA, Nona Crouse (Eddie) of Gratton, VA, Gene Kitts and Doug Kitts (Martha).
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home (232 Ben Bolt Ave, Tazewell, VA 24651). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
