He is survived by: his children, David Allen Maupin (Lisa) and Linda Maupin Napier (Tony); his grandchildren, Brandon Allen Maupin, Ashley Roberts, Brooks Randal Maupin (Jessica Turpin Maupin), Crystal Michelle Tyree (Doug Cookenour) and Samantha Dawn Tyree (Kenny Wyant); his great grandchildren, Benjamin Allen Maupin, Elise Nicole Maupin, Abigail Cookenour, Taylor, Kaylee and Sophia Tyree; his sister Mary "Flossie" Maupin Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Daisy Goolsby Maupin, Mary Freeman Rhodes, Florence Jones Maupin and Fletcher Freeman (Margie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
